2011 Report: 5. Jacksonville Police Softball Club – This team had an average year but not equal to their history. They traveled slightly short handed all year but battled. They deserve the jump because they were the 4th highest EC finisher at the WS which is where the cream should rise to the top along with 3rd in the Masters where 70% of their team played. A 1 run loss to the GLL or they could have been in the real money. 7. Jacksonville- the old Jax was back at the W.S.......one more run Robbie???6.Jax: This team can still play. If they wanted to compete in the open they could fill a few holes in the lineup and start winning again. Still dangerous. 8th.Jacksonville PSC- Not many appearances but a very hot team.5. Jax- Just when you thought they were done, here they are right near the top at the World Series. Decision time for Robbie....keep it going or stick with plan on Masters only team and cut ties with younger guys. 10. Jax- Always play well, will be a top over 40 team. 8. - Jax - sorry to see this team fold as an open team. a fixture on the circuit. pickups for worlds were great. 2012?9. Jax- Robbie put a powerhouse team together for the world series but overall not a typical jax year

2010 Report: This is the first year JPSC has dropped out of the top 5 and we doubt any of their players would even dispute it. This team holds themselves to an extremely high standard and even though they had a solid year by most teams standards, Jax is not "most teams." Their WS performance on paper was terrible, but if you read deeper you will see that all 4 of their losses were by 1 run each time so one clutch hit here or a nice defensive stop there...and who knows what could have happened. "Big wins this year against SoFla and NYPD at Dayton but they need to get problems figured out for 2011. They appear to be going through the motions and need to get refocused as a team." "Is it true that some of them are splintering off to join the Miami guys to form a new team?"
