Leo Allen
Leo played on the Cleveland teams that won the first two National Police championship tournaments which were held in Cleveland in 1970 and 1971 prior to the tournament moving to Dayton. An outstanding hitter, he named to the 25th anniversary team in Dayton, Ohio in 1996.
