Dennis was the founder of the Wayne Oakland team back in 1972 and was instrumental in developing police softball in its’ early years. Dennis led the Wayne Oakland to the championship in the inaugural Jacksonville tourney and has won other major tournaments such as Detroit, Nashville, the DC Classic, Nevada Games and the USSSA worlds.
