Carl ''Hollywood'' Gaskins
Carl began playing police softball in 1985 and spent his early years with the forerunner to the CHP Choir Boys. In 1993 Carl joined the Concord Police team and has been a mainstay with them ever since. Carl is a career .700 hitter with numerous All-Tourney/MVP awards to his credit. Carl has played all over the field and began managing the Concord team in 2002. Carl also hosts one of the premier West Coast tournaments. Carl's career and involvement in police softball was cut short by injuries sustained in an on duty motorcycle crash which has limited his ability to travel.
