Phil Smith
Phil has played softball for over 20 years and all of it has been with the LAPD Blue. Over the years, he has played every defensive position (except pitcher) while maintaining a batting average around .750. In the play-offs, Phil has consistently leads the team in hits, runs scored and batting average. Phil has been selected for either MVP or All Tournament Team numerous times and was a unanimous team selection for the inaugural ALL-STAR game in the 2005 Police World Series.
