Derwin ''Dee'' Longmire
Derwin “Dee” Longmire began his softball career with the Oakland Police Department team. Dee started out as a lightning fast SS with amazing range. Later in his career, Dee found himself playing more outfield and 2B. Dee’s speed and intensity made him one of the toughest outs in police softball. Dee’s leadership and charisma led Dee to focus his attention on putting together the Norcal Quake. This team quickly became a powerhouse and travelled the United States. The Quake has won numerous tournaments throughout the years including World Series II. In 2010 Dee was named to the PoliceSoftball.com All-Time Team.
