Jack Giroud

Jack created the LAPD Blue team in the early 1970s and during that period, the Blue won numerous Gold medals at the California Police Olympics. Jack instilled a rich tradition of winning that has carried over through the years. Jack has received numerous awards over the years for his 50 + years service to the City Of Los Angeles and was recognized as one of its greatest detectives of all time. At the time of his induction, the LAPD Blue team was still carrying on the tradition he started over 40 years earlier.
