Phil is 47 years old and has played on NY Metro from 1983 to present. Phil is one of the most consistent hitters and best fielding first basemen in police softball history. Phil has shown no sign of age and he is a true ambassador for the sport. Metro has long been a winner and that success comes due to the likes of Phil.
