Robbie Freitas
Robbie started playing LEO Softball in the Summer of 1989 and was still an active player and manager at the time of his induction. Robbie played/managed his entire career with the Jacksonville Police Softball Club. Robbie began as a SS, moved to the outfield and ended up playing catcher on his open team and 2B on his Masters Team. Robbie earned multiple All-Tourney, gold glove and MVP awards during his career but nothing was as satisfying as the two and half year run where JPSC won 16 straight tournaments between 1991-1993. Robbie began managing the JPSC in 1998. In addition to all that, Robbie spent time as the tournament director of the very successful Rick Hall Memorial Tournament.
