David ''Popeye'' Stevens

David began playing with Jacksonville Police Softball Club in the late 1970s. David has won several All Tournament and Best Defense awards and he ran the Rick Hall Memorial Tournament for many years. David was player/coach of the Jacksonville PSC for 12 years and was a vital part of creating the LESA Circuit in the early 1990s.
